FAQs

  • Kitchen Design and Supply are an online based kitchen retailer supplying residential and trade customers, brand new fitted kitchens and quartz worktops.

We offer nationwide shipping and free home/site surveys throughout Greater Manchester and Cheshire.

  • During the home survey, we will take some measurements and understand your project in more detail. If you would like any samples, we can also bring those along.

Once we have all of the relevant information, we will design your kitchen using the latest kitchen design software.

We will then send over the completed 3D design for your approval, usually within 24 hours. If there are any adjustments you would like, no problem, just let us know.

If you are happy with the final designs, we will send over the necessary paperwork to be completed and arrange a date for the delivery of your new kitchen.

If you have chosen the install option, we will then discuss the start date for start of the installation.

  • We cover any deterioration in the performance of the installation that is a result of poor workmanship. We want the work we have carried out to stay hassle-free for you for many years and we do not want the added costs of coming back. Purchasing what appears to be “good value” or “cheap” products does not always work out. If cheaply manufactured products fail, then the cost of replacing them once an installation is complete can be substantial, this would not fall under our warranty. We will only guarantee our own products as we have gone to great lengths to select the right product for our range. We do not cover issues caused by excessive wear and tear, misuse of products, poor maintenance or care, or DIY work deemed to be carried out by others. If you need any modifications carried out during the warranty period please inform us first to ensure this work will not affect your warranty. Guarantees/Warranties are insurance backed.

  • Ideally yes, this allows us to take exact measurements and understand your project in more detail.

We can provide an estimate if you can email us approximate measurements & layout of the room, also (if possible) provide photos of each wall, the floor & ceiling. Tell us what you are trying to achieve and what colour schemes & budget you are working to. One of our surveyors will review the info and send an estimate to you via email, forward all queries to hello@kitchendesignandsupply.co.uk

All of our surveys are free of charge.

  • Materials are paid for in advance, then a 40% deposit is placed on the installation quote when we arrange a start date, this is your commitment to us that the installation will go ahead and we can move on to ordering the required building products. The balance is paid on completion of the agreed works detailed on the final quotation and proposal. We are always open and honest and what we agree is what you pay, nothing more.
